According to PPB, the gap between the two candidates is 0.3%. Matkovskyi received 19.9% of the votes, while Mamai - 19.6%.

Earlier it was reported that 18 candidates took part in mayoral election in Poltava. Among them was the former head of Poltava Regional State Administration, former member of the Party of Regions Oleksandr Udovychenko, MP Yurii Bublyk (Svoboda party), head of UKROP public organization Oleksandr Rusin, and others.
