According to observer Oleksandr Dmitriiev, the city election commission has accepted the ballots, previously printed by an individual entrepreneur, while its members have decided not to give them to the precinct election commissions.

The commission is expected to meet at 8 p.m. to announce the elections in Krasnoarmiisk have failed to take place as scheduled.

As reported, about 120,000 ballots were printed yesterday in Kramatorsk by an individual entrepreneur at the order of the Krasnoarmiisk territorial election commission. The ballots, previously printed in Mariupol, were invalidated due to an incorrect indication of the names of some political parties participating in the elections.

The new ballots were printed in Kramatorsk at around 3 a.m. on the day of the elections and delivered to Krasnoarmiisk at 6 a.m.
