No cease-fire violations recorded today. Army removes hardware at Mariupol direction, - ATO press center

No violations of the Minsk agreements have been recorded in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area on Oct. 21.

Censor.NET reports citing ATO press center.

The report reads: "After the removal of tanks at the Debaltseve direction, our military continued to carry out the second phase of withdrawal plan. At the Mariupol direction, the removal of equipment was closely watched by OSCE monitors.

"The restoration of Donbas infrastructure is underway. Today, our field engineers cleared a territory in the vicinity of a high-voltage transmission line feeding the pumping station of Donbas - Siverskyi Donets water-supply line which is not operating to its full capacity. This causes the residents of Mariupol, Avdiivka, and other cities in the Donbas to have interruptions in water supply. After the area is clear, repair works will start."
