This was announced by the DSB representative Sara Vernooij, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.
She said that the report has been published, so now the delegation could come to Kyiv in order to finalize the investigation.
Vernooij also noted that the DSB had no intentions to visit Moscow.
