The police have detained a group of pro-Russian terrorists in Odesa involved in the bombing outside the building of Ukraine's Security Service regional department on Sept. 27.

As reported by Censor.NET citing Ukrinform, this was announced by medium's source at the regional prosecutor's office.

"Three persons suspected of being involved in terrorist acts have been detained, their ties with Russian agents being established. During the search at the apartment on Parkova Street, law enforcers seized detonators and trinitrotoluene blocks," the source informed.

SBU itself neither confirmed nor denied the information.

Meanwhile, Odesa activist Ruslan Forostiak, who witnessed the operation, wrote Oct. 20 on his Facebook page: "The SBU bombers have finally been tracked down. The police closed off half of the block, seized an arsenal of explosives. The detained turned out to be ordinary Putin fans. "The old guard" dating back to Feb. 19 [about 250 tіtushkas attacked journalists and the participants of a peaceful rally near the regional state administration - ed.]."

Another Odesa activist Mark Hordiienko wrote in Facebook: "This is the hearing to choose a measure of restraint to Volodymyr Hrubnik, born 1983, a surgeon, convinced separatist, the one who attacked the SBU building, an organizer. A teacher at the medical university. His two accomplices Volkov and Humeniuk have already been detained."
