The vessel has been inspected at the bank. This was announced by head of the governmental commission on investogation of the tragedy, Vice Prime Minister Hennadii Zubko in his Twitter yesterday, Censor.NET reports.

Bodies of two more passengers were found on the boat subsequently to its refloating.
As reported, Oct. 17, Ivolha pleasure boat, carrying, by preliminary information, 36 people, including three crew members, sank off Zatoka coast. As a result of the tragedy, 14 people were reported dead, while 22 more were saved, including 18 those hospitalized (with hypothermia and injuries of extremities), their state being satisfactory.
According to the chairman of the governmental commission on investigation into the circumstances of the tragedy Hennadii Zubko, the captain of the boat violated all possible instructions - in particular, the vessel put out to sea overloaded, without any inspection and journal entries, and not from its port.
Oct. 19, Zubkov claimed there could be up to 44 people on board.
The Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi city district court of the Odesa region has arrested boat's captain Oleksandr Knyshev for 60 days without the right to bail on Oct. 19.
