 OSCE monitors should receive complete access to border areas in Donbas, - John Kerry

On Monday, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry once again urged the parties of the conflict in the east of Ukraine to comply with the Minsk agreements.

At a press conference in Madrid, the U.S. secretary of state also said OSCE monitors should be given complete access to border areas. According to Spain's EFE news agency, John Kerry characterized the withdrawal of heavy weapons as fundamental.

The U.S. secretary of state also stressed the necessity to immediately release all POWs as well as to respect the sovereignty of Ukraine.
