As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the ATO press center on Facebook.
"Ukrainian military, following the Minsk agreements, are finalizing preparation of the weapons that are to be withdrawn from the demarcation line for at least 15 km," the message reads.
According to the HQ, the second stage of the withdrawal is to start tomorrow, Oct. 20, and should be conducted by both parties simultaneously: "So we have to wait for our enemy's readiness to do the same," the ATO HQ commented.
