As reported by Censor.NET, this is announced by Luhansk regional military and civil administration press service on its Facebook page.
According to the message, Oct. 14, at 6:30 p.m., a KrAZ truck with nine fighters tripped an unknown explosive device (land mine) while on patrol in Krasna Talivka village of the Stanytsia Luhanska district close to the border with the Russian Federation. As a result, three border guards were injured. They were taken to Bilovodsk district hospital.
"Enemy sabotage groups continue to operate in the Luhansk region. This time, soldiers were wounded near the border with Russia, which indicates that the mine could be laid by saboteurs infiltrating from the territory of the neighboring country," head of Luhansk regional military and civil administration Heorhii Tuka said.
As reported earlier, Tuka announced that due to the constant incidents with explosive devices and the growing number of civilian casualties in the Luhansk region, a brigade of field engineers would be invited to demine the territory.
