 Putin: Amendments to Constitution of Ukraine should be accorded with "DPR" and "LPR" militants.

Russian President Vladimir Putin is outraged by the fact that the Ukrainian government does not agree amendments to the Constitution with the militants of the so-called "DPR" and "LPR".

He said at the "Russia is Calling" Forum, Censor.NET reports citing RIA Novosti.

"The most important thing that should become the basis for the settlement [of conflict] in the south-east of Ukraine is a political process. And what is a political process? It is three, four, five components. The first one, and it has been administered in the Minsk agreements - is permanent amendments to the Constitution, in concurrence with the Donetsk and Luhansk. There are no changes yet, and everything that has been done at a preliminary stage has not been agreed with Luhansk and Donetsk," Putin said indignantly.
