 Luhansk terrorists announce plans to hold "elections" Feb. 21

The self-proclaimed "Luhansk People's Republic” has decided to hold "elections" February 21, 2016.

Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

The "decision" rules to reschedule the day of the first elections of local authorities, which was legislated by the "decree" of the "head" of the "Luhansk People's Republic" № 483/01/09/15 of September 18, 2015, from November 1, 2015 to February 21, 2016.

There are no other details in the "decree".

Earlier, the self-proclaimed "Donetsk People's Republic" has decided to hold local "elections" March 20, 2016.
