 SBU seized large consignment of weapons in Luhansk region

The officers of the Security Service of Ukraine and the police have found an arms cache in the village of Syrotyne in the Luhansk region.

Censor.NET reports citing the press center of the SBU.

"The law enforcement officers seized an anti-mounted grenade launcher with 21 rounds for it, three Kalashnikov rifles, two automatic grenade launchers with 200 rounds for them, a heavy machine gun, a Kalashnikov machine gun, eight hand-portable antitank grenade launchers, 16 hand grenades, two fragmentation anti-personnel mines, two optical sights for grenade launchers, about 5,000 shells of different caliber and other means of military purpose," the statement reads.

Law enforcers are establishing the persons involved in the illegal possession of weapons.
