Censor.NET reports citing Ruslan Tkachuk, the ATO speaker in the Luhansk region.
According to him, the second stage of the weapon withdrawal was completed in the Luhansk sector yesterday. Thus, the anti-tank D-48 guns (85mm caliber) were withdrawn from the front line.
"The OSCE observers and media representatives monitored the withdrawal. Unlike the militants, who prevent normal operation of the OSCE representatives, Ukrainian soldiers fully observe the Minsk agreements," the report reads.
