'Diamond' prosecutor Korniiets explains origin of luxury apartment in downtown Kyiv

Former deputy prosecutor of the Kyiv region Oleksandr Korniiets announced that the luxurious apartment in downtown Kyiv, belonging to his daughter, had been provided by the state.

As reported by Censor.NET citing Hromadske TV, Korniiets said his daughter's illness had been the 'legal' basis to receive this apartment.

The apartment's space is 112 square meters. Under legislation, one can only receive an apartment from the state if a child needs better living conditions. At the same time, Korniiets owns a 300-square meters apartment as well.
