 Missile launch in ATO area a violation, - OSCE SMM's Hug of Troitske shelling by terrorists

Observers of the OSCE's Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) visited the checkpoint of the Ukrainian military near Troitske, the Luhansk region, which was shelled by pro-Russian mercenaries on Wednesday, and found details of anti-tank missiles that were used for the shelling.

This was announced by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine.

According to deputy chief of the OSCE SMM Alexander Hug, the mission found parts of anti-tank missiles that had been launched and wounded Ukrainian military, in Kyiv-controlled Troitske yesterday.

The SMM was concerned with the very fact of the shelling, he said at a press conference in Kyiv Thursday, adding that this very shelling is a violation and that the Mission is concerned with the facts of the cease-fire violation.
