Luhansk region police officers shot down a Tornado Company fighter who was resisting arrest.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Ukraine's Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios on his Facebook page.

"An hour ago, Tornado Company fighter V. Diakon (nicknamed Tolstyi), who has five criminal records and is wanted by the Chief Military Prosecutor's Office for committing especially grave crimes, was neutralized while offering armed resistance (he emptied a Makarov pistol clip at police officers and attempted to throw a grenade) as police tried to detain him in the vicinity of Pryvillia town," Matios said.

The suspect died before the ambulance came. Law enforcers searched his hiding place and found weapons and valuables stolen from the residents of the Luhansk region.
