 82-mm mortars to be redeployed within recently launched second stage of weapons withdrawal, - ATO Speaker of Luhansk region

Cease-fire is still observed in the Luhansk and Artemivsk directions.

Censor.NET reports citing the official website of ATO speaker of the Luhansk region Ruslan Tkachuk.

According to him, the command of the A sector reported on the completion of the first stage of withdrawal of armored vehicles and weapons yesterday at 3 p.m. T-64 and T-72 main battle tanks have been pulled back. This task has been successfully completed. The international observers are verifying correspondence of individual serial numbers of equipment and locations where tanks have been redeployed to.

"The second stage of weapons withdrawal, which envisages redeployment of 82-mm mortars, has started today. The third stage to withdraw 85-mm caliber D-48 and D-44 anti-tank guns is scheduled for Oct 12-13," Tkachuk wrote.
