Ukraine and militants withdraw weapons while OSCE monitors, - General Staff

The process of removing weapons under 100 mm is monitored by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE).

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by General Staff press officer Vladyslav Selezniov on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"The challenging point here is that there is no trust in the other side of the conflict, that is why we emphasize that the process of removing arms under 100 mm should be under full control of the OSCE. They have the right to monitor the process and access all areas along the demarcation line," Selezniov said.

According to him, both ATO forces and militants are withdrawing weapons.

"OSCE representatives are staying on the militants-controlled territory and observing removal of tanks. The process has been underway for two days now," the spokesman said.
