 Elections in Donbas to be held under Ukrainian legislation after "certain agreements" and with immunity of all participants, - Hollande

French President Francois Hollande commented on the meeting of Normandy Four leaders.

Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainska Pravda.

French President Hollande said that the elections in the so-called "DPR" and "LPR" should be held according to the Ukrainian legislation.

He noted that all the candidates in the elections should be granted immunity.

Hollande said: "The elections cannot be held until "certain agreements are reached."

The French President also noted that the "elections in the Donbas have to be held within 80 days after the adoption of the relevant Law of Ukraine".
