 Detained journalists of Skhemy project were conducting investigation into luxury cars of SBU officers

Author and narrator of Skhemy project by Radio Svoboda Natalia Sedletska informs that the statement on obstruction of media activities will be filed for the police with regard to the detention of two journalists of Skhemy Mykhailo Tkach and Kyryl Lazarevych by the officers of the Security Service of Ukraine.

She wrote on Facebook, Censor.NET reports.

"We have called the police. We are now writing the statement on obstruction of media activities," Natalia Sedletska wrote.

According to her, journalist of Skhemy project Mykhailo Tkach "has been filming a story about expensive luxury cars owned by the SBU officers for two consecutive weeks already."

Radio Svoboda reported that the journalists were filming a story about the Security Service officers driving expensive luxury cars, the cost of which may not correspond to their official income of civil servants. The filming lasted for several days together near the Office of the Security Service of Ukraine. The crew was outside the territory of the SBU and was capturing on video the cars entering the facility.
