The Kremlin did not contact the Administration of the President of Ukraine with an enquiry to hold the meeting of President Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin. The Russian President's Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told TASS, commenting on the statement of the Ukrainian President's administration, Censor.NET reports.
"No, we haven't requested (such a meeting)," he said.
There was no meeting with the Ukrainian leader Petro Poroshenko in the schedule of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin in Paris, where the summit of the Normandy Four would take place Oct. 2, Peskov told RIA Novosti. "There is no such meeting in the schedule," the agency cited Peskov.
