 GRU officers Yerofeyev and Aleksandrov remain in custody, while Specialized Higher Court to determine case jurisdiction

Holosiivskyi district court of Kyiv has extended the custody of captive Russian GRU officers Yevgeny Yerofeyev and Aleksandr Aleksandrov for 60 days (until Nov. 21).

The corresponding decision was announced on Tuesday by preparatory meeting chairing judge Mykola Didyk, Censor.NET reports citing Interfax-Ukraine.

The court has also ruled to send the materials of the case against the officers of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the General Staff of the Russian Federation Armed Forces Yevgeny Yerofeyev and Aleksandr Aleksandrov to the Court of Appeal of Kyiv which, in its turn, is to hand over the documents to the Specialized Higher Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases for establishing the case jurisdiction.

This decision was taken on Tuesday morning, after an application regarding violation of the case jurisdiction submitted by commandos' defense was considered.
