Public bodies stripped of right to require certificates effective Oct. 1, 2015, - Deputy Minister of Justice

Officials will themselves receive all necessary certificates and other documents effective Oct. 1.

As reported by Censor.NET citing LigaBusinessInform, this was announced by First Deputy Minister of Justice of Ukraine Natalia Sevostianova at a ministry's board meeting.

"Effective Oct. 1, 2015, no public body is entitled to require certificates, even in electronic form. As they have free access to the registry, they will be able to do it themselves, get all necessary information, setting aside the need to refer to excerpts and certificates. It also concerns birth, marriage and other alike documents," she said.

The citizens will be able to receive all necessary information, documents and certificates from the following open public registers:

- Unified State Register of Legal Acts

- Register of special forms of information system documents of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

- Unified Register of special forms of notarial documents

- Unified Register of Notaries of Ukraine

- Hereditary Register

- Unified Register of Powers of Attorney

- State Register of Movable Property Chargings

- Unified Register of Non-Governmental Organizations

- Register of Certified Court Experts

- Register of Forensic Examination Techniques

- Unified State Register of persons who have committed corruption offenses

- Unified Register of companies undergoing bankruptcy proceedings

- Information from the Unified State Register of persons who have committed corruption offenses

- Unified State Register of Enforcement Proceedings

- Register of Public Associations

- State Register of Print Media and News Agencies as Subjects of Information Activity

- State Register of Civil Status Acts

- State Register of Real Estate Rights
