Interfax-Ukraine cited a source in the Odesa police, Censor.NET writes.
According to the source, the criminals used a blast bomb. He also stressed that it was the strongest explosion in recent months.
The explosion destroyed the facade of the SBU building and windows within 100m.
"The explosion blew out my windows and doors. But the most interesting thing is that we saw two policemen on duty near our house for many years. But they disappeared two days ago. Even our janitor noticed it," a local female resident said.
The explosion wave destroyed a balcony.
The residents of a nearby house were trapped in the apartment. The blast wave has blocked the door so they had to call the emergency service.
