Today, from midnight till 6 p.m., it was quiet in ATO area. No weapons were used near the demarcation line as well.

The report reads: "Absolute cease-fire allowed proceeding with works in social and humanitarian spheres on the government-controlled territories.

"Ukrainian Armed Forces' civil-military cooperation groups together with industry specialists have restored mobile and Internet connection in the village of Kamianka in the vicinity of Avdiivka. Sept. 22, the groups completed repair works, allowing traffic across the bridge between Krasnohorivka and Zhelanne villages. The bridge was blown up by militants last year, and locals had to use roundabout field roads to get to Krasnohorivka.

"The most affected residents of the Donbas continue to receive aid. In particular, our military have recently brought some 600 food packages and three truckloads of hygiene products to Marinka and Krasnohorivka."
