More than 120 people punished for crimes against Maidan, - Minister Avakov

More than 120 people have been punished for crimes against Maidan activists. They include those directly involved in the killings as well as those who gave out weapons from Interior Ministry's warehouses to titushkas and organized them.

This was stated by Ukraine's Interior Minister Arsen Avakov during a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday, Censor.NET reports referring to Ukrinform.

"There are time-consuming procedures. People say that no one is incarcerated and punished for crimes against Maidan. They are wrong. The truth is that it is probably necessary to release a list of all punished, arrested, and detained. According to the information I possess, there are more than 120 people brought to justice," he said.
