 Stoltenberg urged Russia to withdraw all its troops from eastern Ukraine

NATO calls on Russia to withdraw its troops from the Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said during joint press availability with President Petro Poroshenko, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrainski Novyny.

The head of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization called on Russia to take the next step to advance the Ukrainian peace agreement by withdrawing its troops from the country's east.

According to him, this will be the step on the way to peace in Ukraine.

Stoltenberg also said that the information that NATO received Sept. 22 has once again proved that the Russian military continue to support the separatists. Stoltenberg stressed that the fact of Russia's support of the militants was not based on a single source of information but on various intelligence.
