As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by Interior Ministry Arsen Avakov on his Facebook page.
According to the minister, a line of those willing to sign up for service in the new patrol police has formed before the recruitment office opened in the morning of Monday, Sept. 21. The total of 200 police officers will be selected to patrol the city's streets. Applications are accepted by Oct. 12, the selection process will last until Nov. 30, after which the training will start, the minister informed.
As reported, the new patrol police operates under the slogan "To serve and to protect!"
