MP Mosiichuk threatens with hunger strike if not released on bail

During his bail hearing, MP Ihor Mosiichuk threatened to go on hunger strike if not released on bail.

Mosiichuk intends to starve until all charges against him are reevaluated, Censor.NET reports citing 112 Channel.

Right after the hearing started, Mosiichuk asked for recusal of Judge Karaban. He stressed that he had had personal conflicts with the judge earlier. As an example, Mosiichuk cited an anecdote of bail hearings for Bohdan Tytskyi, who is suspected of rioting near the Verkhovna Rada building on Aug. 31.
