This was announced by another Radical Party MP Dmytro Lynko on his Facebook page, Censor.NET reports.
"Ihor Mosiichuk has been presented with suspicion without a lawyer. Now, in the Pechersk court, a judge, a place, and a time for trial will be decided," he wrote.
He specified later that the hearing would start at 3 p.m.
As reported yesterday, the Verkhovna Rada sanctioned MP Mosiichuk's arrest. After that, he was detained in the building of the parliament.
