Captive Russian GRU operative Aleksandrov filed charges against

Kostiantyn Kravchuk, a lawyer of the Russian citizen Alexander Aleksandrov taken prisoner in Ukraine, said that his client has been brought in an indictment.

According to Kravchuk, the hearings of Aleksandrov's case could begin as early as before the end of September. The captive commando also wants to use the right to a jury trial, Censor.NET reports citing TSN.

At the same time, the second captured operative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (GRU) Yevgeny Yerofeyev has not yet been brought charges against. Chairman of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Hrytsak has not ruled out the possibility of an exchange of GRU operatives Yevgeny Yerofeyev and Alexander Aleksandrov for the Ukrainian citizens held by the Russian Federation.
