 Rada could not dismiss Kvitashvili

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has not managed to dismiss Healthcare Minister Alexander Kvitashvili.

The draft bill No. 2864 concerning the Healthcare Minister resignation was voted for by the MPs four times, but it has not been passed, Censor.NET informs.

In his speech from the Rada tribune, Kvitashvili said the reforms in healthcare system of Ukraine had been halted.

After the first voting, Kvitashvili again said of impossibility to implement reforms in the healthcare system and called on the deputies to vote in favor of his resignation.

The bill has been voted for four times, but it has not passed. At the same time, the deputies were criticizing the minister's activities while discussing the matter prior to voting.
