 73 countries support stripping Russia of its right to veto in UN SC, Ukraine’s representative to UN says

73 countries support imposition of restriction on the right of the Russian Federation to put a veto in the United Nations Security Council.

Permanent representative of Ukraine to the UN Yurii Serhieiev wrote on Twitter, Censor.NET reports.

"There are 73 countries in the list at this point," Serhieiev wrote.

The limitation of the right to impose veto is envisaged for the countries in case if conflicts grow more violent. There were yet 67 countries committed to deprive Russia of the right to put a veto in the UN Security Council in the morning.
