"Sept. 15, at the end of the day, the situation in the ATO area remained stable. Pro-Russian gangs continued sporadic attacks at Ukrainian positions. However, the fire was predominantly chaotic and provocative," the statement reads.
At 7 p.m. near the village of Krymske in the Luhansk region, a Ukrainian forces strong hold was under fire of an enemy sniper, and at about 9 and 11 p.m. in the Artemivsk direction, militants fired small arms at the ATO forces' positions in Rozsadky village.
Overall over the past day, illegal armed units violated cease-fire nine times.
Today, Sept. 16, from midnight till 6 a.m., it was calm along the entire demarcation line.
