 2,911 Ukrainians released from captivity due to Minsk agreements, - Poroshenko

President Poroshenko claims that 2,911 people have been released from terrorists since Sept., 2014.

"For the duration of the Minsk agreements, we freed 2,911 captives from terrorists," he said.

Poroshenko stressed that release and exchange of prisoners are one of the staples in terms of implementation of the Minsk agreements.
