 State Employment Service Head Kashuba detained for bribe of UAH 622,000. PHOTOS

The Security Service of Ukraine and the Prosecutor General's Office have detained the Head of the State Employment Service of Ukraine Yaroslav Kashuba while receiving a bribe.

As reported by Censor.NET, security services have detained an official in his official car in downtown Kyiv while receiving a bribe of UAH 622,000 (about $28,612).

During examination of the car, law enforcers also found a large sum of money in foreign and local currencies, a fowling piece with munition.

According to the SBU, the Head of the State Employment Service has organized a "business" to receive bribes from participants of tenders at his ministry. The illegal schemes involved his subordinates who forced entrepreneurs to pay money to win a tender.
