"Four soldiers from Kyiv, Lviv, Chernihiv, and Kryvyi Rih have received penetrating shrapnel injuries. Three of the injured military were taken to the hospital in Artemivsk. Another one is in an uncooperative state in the hospital in Popasna in the Luhansk region," Tkachuk said.
At the same time there has been complete lull in battle in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area in the Luhansk region for the last 10 days.
"The cease-fire was observed along the demarcation at the Luhansk and Artemivsk (Popasna district) directions as of 7 a.m. Sept. 11. No enemy UAV flights have been recorded. This truce lasts for about 10 days already," Tkachuk said.
He added that the Ukrainian servicemen will be involved in intense fire training in the shooting grounds of the Luhansk region over the next two weeks.
