"Today, I will file a complaint with the Pechersk court," Tyahnybok said.

According to Tiahnybok, acting authorities are attempting to put pressure on the judicial system and conducting political repressions of activists, including Svoboda members.

As reported earlier, on Aug. 31, when the clashes between demonstrators and law enforcers near the Verkhovna Rafa killed three and wounded dozens of National Guard soldiers, Avakov directly accused Svoboda leader Tiahnybok in the riots.

"I directly accuse Oleh Tiahnybok and his Svoboda party. I believe this is a crime, not a political race," Avakov said. The minister noted that he had personally seen photos from the clashes with Tiahnybok standing near a soldier of the National Guard when he was beaten up.

According to law enforcers, the demonstration near the Verkhovna Rada was organized by Svoboda party, Radical party, and other organizations.

The Main Investigation department of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine had summoned Svoboda leader Oleh Tiahnybok, as well as members of the party Ihor Syrotiuk, Ihor Shvaika, Serhii Boiko, Ihor Sabii, and others for interrogation within the proceeding on the case.
