 Russian occupants admitted abduction of three Ukrainian paratroopers at border with Crimea

Employees of the Russian FSB border department detained three soldiers of the 79th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Crimea. They are suspected of illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation. During the detention, Ukrainian servicemen were not in possession of any IDs, the Russian authority stated.

This is reported by Censor.NET citing TASS.

The incident occurred on a dam across the lake Syvash.

"Ukrainian soldiers said that they wanted to talk with the Russian marines, who they had repeatedly seen on the other shore of the lake," the authority stated.

"Russian border guards decided to bring the Ukrainian military to administrative responsibility for violation of the state border of the Russian Federation and return them to Ukraine's border authorities," the statement reads.

According to the Russian FSB, the paratroopers are feeling good and wish to return to Ukraine the soonest possible.
