As reported by Censor.NET citing GORDON, this was announced by Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko in his interview to Ukrainian TV channels.
"If there is a large-scale offensive, we have enough forces as of today to stop the aggressor. We have built an army over the year, so we will protect Ukraine from the aggression if there is violation [of the Minsk agreements - ed.], and will launch an offensive," he stressed.
In his interview the president also said that of all possible Donbas scenarios, complying with the Minsk agreement was the most suitable way to return the occupied territories under Ukraine's control.
