State to refund VAT worth of 47 billion to businesses, Finance Minister says

The state currently owes 47 billion hryvnia (over $2 billion) to the business for previous overpayment of taxes or unreimbursed VAT.

This was stated by Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalie Jaresko during the National Reform Council held September 3, 2015, Censor.NET informs citing the press service of the Ministry of Finance.

"If we want to return these funds to businesses, the potential loss of revenue must also be included in the budget," she said.
