As reporetd by Censor.NET citing Interfax-Ukraine, this was announced by Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak on air of channel Rossiya24.
Novak has not specified the price, noting it will be "slightly lower" than the Q3 quote for Ukraine.
"The problem is that Ukraine has not asked us for a discount," the minister said.
Novak also denied information that Naftohaz Ukrainy asked Gazprom for an advance for the transit of Russian gas across Ukrainian territory.
