Terrorists shelled ATO positions five times yesterday, mainly near Avdiivka and Opytne, - HQ

At the end of the day yesterday, Sept. 3, the situation in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area remained stable.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the ATO press center on Facebook.

According to the HQ, illegal armed gangs have been complying with the cease-fire in general; the single cases of enemy's use of weapons were sporadic and provocative.

They report that around 8 and 10 p.m. mercenaries used small arms and grenade launchers to fire at a strong point of the Ukrainian forces south of Avdiivka; at 9 p.m. terrorists from Spartak, Donetsk, shelled Ukrainian positions in Opytne with an 82-mm mortar.
