As reported by Censor.NET, Tuka said there were threats and attempts to make a deal before the killing.
According to the governor, units that control the demarcation line in the sector were involved in the shoot out, namely the 92nd brigade, Tuka said. The Luhansk governor announced he knew the name of the organizer.
"That was not the enemy's reconnaissance and sabotage group. Those were friends. I know his name. I will destroy him," Tuka said on air of Channel 5.
