 Five SBU generals held accountable over the year, Chief Military Prosecutor says

The Military Prosecutor's Office has prosecuted five generals of the Security Service of Ukraine over the year.

Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Chief Military Prosecutor Anatolii Matios announced at a press briefing, Censor.NET reports citing Ukrinform.

"For the year of operation of the Military Prosecutor's Office the criminal charges were brought against five major-generals of the SBU, one major general, two admirals and a rear admiral of the Ministry of Defense and the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Three major-generals of the foreign intelligence agency, State Emergency Service and State Border Guard Service were held accountable as well," Matios said.

According to him, criminal charges were also brought against two prosecutors this year.
