Before his killing, volunteer Andrii Halushchenko named persons involved in ATO area smuggling

The last video featuring the killed volunteer Andrii Halushchenko, member of a joint mobile anti-smuggling group has been posted on the Internet, where he talks about Ukrainian officials protecting contraband in the region.

As reported by Censor.NET citing LB, the video features Halushchenko speaking of a trade center for inhabitants of the occupied areas of the Luhansk region, which is to be opened in near future. According to him, the trade will be run by people who have long controlled this business in the region.

"I think it is about firms close to Mr. Yurii Yuriievych. Those who know will understand who I mean... To Mr. Lieutenant General. Those who know will understand me as well. It's not a military rank, but a special name. Even our dear Heorhii Borysovych [Tuka, the Luhansk region governor - ed.] is unlikely to be able to resist it, because they have been sitting here for a long time and have all things under control," the volunteer said.
