 Terrorists halted consistent fire against Ukrainian army positions: 10 cases of shelling registered yesterday, - ATO press center

The situation remained stable in the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) area yesterday evening. Illegal armed gangs have halted consistent fire against the Ukrainian troops positions.

As reported by Censor.NET, this was announced by the ATO press center on Facebook.

Still, several armed provocations took place along the demarcation line between 6 p.m. and midnight: "Mercenaries fired at Ukrainian strong points near Marinka in the Donetsk vicinity from small arms, twice at 7 p.m. and at 10 p.m. At 9:40 p.m., our positions in Krasnohorivka were sprayed by mercenaries from Staromykhailivka direction with the use of a large-caliber machine gun."

"In total yesterday, Sept. 2, the illegal armed gangs have violated the cease-fire 10 times," the message reads.

It is also reported that today, Sept. 3, between midnight and 6 a.m., the enemy violated the truce once: "At around 1 a.m., terrorists shelled the ATO forces in Krymske, the Luhansk region, from a grenade launcher from Sokilnyky direction," the message reads.
