"Thus the information about larger losses has not been confirmed," Butusov noted.
"However, this confirmed number still shows what incredibly high price Ukraine pays for a week of "truce" at the front line. For too long have we been bleeding, while the issue of losses in the anti-terrorist operation, which outrages people, is becoming more sensitive," he stressed.
The Department of Civil-Military Cooperation of the General Staff charged the Forensic Bureau of Dnipropetrovsk as a single collecting and recording center of those killed in the ATO, as the regional authorities have installed modern equipment for DNA examination there. "The Forensic Bureau of Dnipropetrovsk has received 623 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers in 2015," the journalist stated.
