 National Guard opened special account to aid injured soldiers, four being in grave condition

National Guard of Ukraine has opened an account to aid the soldiers, who were injured in a grenade attack on Aug. 31 near the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv.

This is reported by Censor.NET citing the National Guard press service.

"At the moment, 56 National Guard soldiers, injured on Aug. 31 while in charge of duties near the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, stay in medical institutions in Kyiv. Three of them are in grave condition, one person is in very grave condition (multiple injuries of bowel, left foot and leg). The soldiers received shrapnel wounds to various parts of body, including head, chest, and abdomen. As of Sept. 1, 2015, three conscripts have been reported dead: Ihor Debrin (born 1990), Dmytro Slastnikov (born 1994) and Oleksandr Kostyna (born 1995)," the statement reads.
