"At the same time, according to our intelligence, gang leaders try their best to make local residents join their ranks. However, most locals have only gone through destruction and misery in this war. People by all means try to avoid the so-called mobilization. Military age males try to get in hospital or escape the occupied territories. Until recently, up to 30 men crossed the Ukrainian-Russian border almost each day through Chervonopartyzansk border crossing point. This week, terrorists prohibited all Donbas male residents under 50 years to cross the border," the report resumes.
